Maintain documentation of customer requirements and provide training to personnel. Responsible for keeping adequate levels of supplies (corrugated and product) to prevent lost time in production through coordination/scheduling with production personnel. Supervise and conduct performance reviews of all material handling personnel in Assembly. Learn and have direct understanding of Assembly processes and production flow.  Supervisory Responsibilities:Will have shipping/receiving clerks, lift drivers and the inventory team reporting directly to him/her.
